What are the available shipping modes and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients. Charges depend on the destination and weight.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We generally expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders initially to test the market.

We can offer free samples for testing, but the cost of freight must be covered by the customer.

Yes, you can send us pictures or samples of similar products, and we can look into sourcing or producing them, though delivery may take longer.
What are your terms of payment and stock status?
We usually maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. For payments <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance and balance before shipment via L/C, T/T, Western Union, or PayPal.
