What are the shipping modes and charges?
Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc., or by post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the destination and weight.

Yes, our products and systems have obtained ISO13485 system certification and CE certification to ensure international medical standards.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We generally expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders initially to test the market.
Can I buy products similar to your catalogue but not shown?
Certainly. You can send us pictures or samples of the items you need. Please note that custom or non-catalogue items may require a longer delivery time.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
Do you provide free samples?
We can offer free samples for testing purposes; however, the cost of freight must be covered by the customer.
